Private vs. Unlisted: an important step

One of the most important parts of uploading family videos to YouTube is choosing the right visibility setting.

If you want the most control, Private is usually the best option. That gives you more control over exactly who can access the video.

If you choose Unlisted, anyone with the link can watch it, which can still be useful in some cases, but it offers less privacy.
