Welcome to the Kris Von Kleist website. By purchasing a product, booking a service, registering for a workshop, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Products and Services
This website offers creative learning services and fine art print products.
Learning services may include workshops, 1-on-1 mentorship, small group sessions, video creation training, content creation coaching, editing instruction, or related creative education services.
Print products may include fine art photography prints, limited or open-edition prints, and related physical products.
Product and service descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Slight variations in colour, crop, paper texture, print finish, or screen display may occur.
2. Payments
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required at checkout to confirm an order, booking, workshop registration, or product purchase. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as WooCommerce, Stripe, PayPal, or other available checkout options.
Kris von Kleist does not store full credit card details on this website.
3. Learning Services, Workshops, and Mentorship
Purchasing a learning service reserves access to the specific service described on the product or booking page.
For scheduled sessions, clients are responsible for booking their session using the scheduling link or instructions provided after purchase.
Learning services may include live sessions, online calls, in-person sessions, group workshops, course materials, feedback, or other educational support depending on the offer purchased.
Results are not guaranteed. Learning outcomes depend on each participant’s goals, attendance, participation, practice, and creative process.
4. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellations for Learning Services
If you need to reschedule a 1-on-1 or small group session, please provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice whenever possible.
Missed sessions or late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For workshops or group programs, refund and transfer availability may depend on the timing of the request, the event partner, venue, or ticketing platform.
If Kris von Kleist needs to reschedule a session or workshop, reasonable efforts will be made to offer a new date, credit, transfer, or refund where appropriate.
5. Print Orders
Prints are made, packaged, and shipped with care.
Print order timelines may vary depending on production, packaging, supplier turnaround, and shipping destination. Estimated timelines are provided as a general guide and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.
Once an order has been placed, changes to print size, shipping address, or product selection may not be possible if production or fulfillment has already begun.
6. Shipping
Shipping rates are displayed at checkout.
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information.
Kris von Kleist is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, incorrect addresses, weather events, labour disruptions, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or additional charges required by their country.
7. Damaged or Lost Print Orders

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged print and packaging
Where appropriate, a replacement, refund, or store credit may be offered.
Lost packages will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the shipping carrier, tracking status, and destination.
8. Refunds and Returns
Because prints may be produced specifically for each order, print sales are generally final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Learning services, workshops, and mentorship purchases are generally final once the service has been delivered, the session has taken place, or course access/materials have been provided.
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
Where a refund is approved, it will usually be returned to the original payment method.
9. Digital Materials and Course Resources
Any worksheets, recordings, templates, guides, slides, documents, videos, or other course materials provided as part of a learning service are for personal learning use only.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly share, reproduce, or claim these materials as your own without written permission.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including photography, video, text, graphics, branding, educational materials, product images, and course resources, is owned by Kris von Kleist unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright ownership of the image. The buyer receives the physical print only.
Purchasing a learning service does not transfer ownership of the course materials, methods, templates, or educational content.
11. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its security, copy protected content, submit false information, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
12. Third-Party Services
This website may use third-party platforms such as WooCommerce, Stripe, PayPal, Calendly, Google, Mailchimp, WordPress plugins, shipping providers, or ticketing partners.
